Information:
Buscaglia Decks has been the premier builder of
custom designed
maintenance free decking,
and uses what we believe to be the very best in materials
and accessories.
Our maintenance free decks come in
a wide variety of styles and
colors and are fully backed by some of the strongest
warranties available today.
EON 25 Year Limited Warranty:
CPI Plastics Group Ltd (‘CPI’) warrants this product to be free from defects in material
or workmanship for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date that the original
consumer purchases the product from an authorized CPI dealer. Specifically, CPI
warrants to the original purchaser of eon®
that the product, when purchased and installed
1) as a residential system with railings or 2) as residential decking or as fencing and as any recognized outdoor living
product or 3) for other similar residential applications as
identified in the CPI point of sale material provided by the dealer, that such product is:
• Rot and water resistant,
• Free from damage by fungal decay or termites,
• Free from checking, splintering or splitting and
• Free from defects in material and workmanship for the period beginning on the date
that the eon® product is purchased and continuing for twenty-five (25) years for so
long as the original purchaser owns the property on which the eon® product is used
for one of the purposes described above.

Tek-Rail Limited Lifetime Warranty
Tek-Rail and Tek-Deck carries a limited lifetime warranty for its white and amber white, while tan and gray are covered by a twenty-year warranty.

backs their vinyl decking with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to be free from defective workmanship and materials. When subject to normal and proper use, it is further warranted against surface peeling, rot, ground insects, splitting, corrosion, flaking, rusting, and blistering, abnormal weathering or abnormal discoloration under normal use and service.
